We buy Tunisian products on your behalf at local Tunisian stores and markets, pack them and ship them to you with Tunisian Post (La Poste Tunisienne).

We are not the manufacturer of the products. Brands, recipes, ingredients and packaging are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.

• The products shown in our shop are not a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
• By clicking the order button, you place a binding order.
• The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

The total price of your order consists of:

• Product price — the original Tunisian shop price, with no markup (shown in TND in the product name).
• Collection fee — 3 TND per kg of billed weight (product weight + 12% for packaging + carton surcharge depending on weight), minimum billing weight 3 kg.
• Packaging fee — a flat 2 TND per order.
• Shipping — based on destination and weight, as listed on our Shipping Fees page.

All prices are charged in euros (EUR) at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 3 TND, rounded up to the nearest cent. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

All parcels are shipped from Tunisia. Depending on your country, import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance fees may be charged by your local customs office or postal service on delivery.

These costs are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. We have no influence on their amount. Please check the rules of your country before ordering.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.

Your order is charged at the time you place it.

Because we buy your products in local stores, an item may occasionally be out of stock or discontinued. In this case:

• We will contact you before shipping, or
• refund the price of the missing item in full.

We will never substitute a product with a different one without your consent. Packaging design may differ slightly from the photos in our shop.

• We ship only to the countries listed on our Shipping Fees page.
• After shipping, you receive a tracking number by email.
• Delivery times depend on Tunisian Post, the destination country and customs. They are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Extra costs caused by a wrong address are borne by the customer.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If products are damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at order@delivertn.com with your order number and photos.

If the problem is our responsibility, we will refund the affected products or offer a replacement in your next order.

Consumers in the EU and other countries with a statutory right of withdrawal can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly,
• sealed food products that have been opened after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

If you withdraw, you must return the unopened goods at your own cost. We refund the product price and the original shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Product labels are usually written in French and/or Arabic. Ingredients and allergen information on the original packaging always prevail over the descriptions in our shop.

If you have allergies or special dietary needs, please read the packaging carefully before consumption, or contact us before ordering.

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the postal service or customs, or for the quality or composition of products, which is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We only use your personal data to process and deliver your order. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain applicable.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — we will do our best to find a solution.

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid. We may update these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of your order applies.
