Shipping Fees and Pricing
At DeliverTN, we work as your personal shopper in Tunisia. The final price always consists of three transparent components, with no hidden markup on products.
1. Product Price
You pay exactly the original Tunisian price (shown in TND on each product), with no markup.
2. Collection and Packaging Fees
- Collection fee: 3 TND per kg of billed weight (product weight + 12% for packaging + carton surcharge depending on weight), with a minimum billing weight of 3 kg.
- Packaging fee: a flat 2 TND per order.
All amounts are converted to euros at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 3 TND (rounded up to the nearest cent).
3. Shipping Fees (Tunisian Post)
The shipping rate depends on the destination country and the weight of your package. Each country has a base price for the first 3 kg, then a fixed rate per additional kg (rounded up to the nearest kg).

Example Calculation
For a 10 kg package to Switzerland: €14.00 (base) + 7 kg × €1.67 (extra weight, rounded up) = €25.67 shipping, plus €10.00 collection fee (10 kg × 3 TND) and €0.67 packaging fee.
